SWW Architecture Education Scholarships

For the past several years, in conjunction with AIA National, AIA Southwest Washington has offered a scholarship program for students pursuing undergraduate degrees in architecture.

ELIGIBILITY: Scholarships are offered to first or second year students in an accredited architectural degree program.   Students must have resided prior to entering the program in Pierce, Thurston, Lewis, Mason, Pacific, Skamania, Wahkiakum or Grays Harbor Counties in Washington State.

ARE Scholarships

Partial exam cost reimbursement to interns from the SWW Chapter area.

ELIGIBILITY:  Work or live within AIA SWW boundaries, submit a schedule of proposed testing timeline for all 7 exams indicating a timely plan for completion, submit within one year from passing an exam the Prometric receipt and proof of passage, and volunteer two hours of time tutoring other interns on an as-needed basis.

Vancouver Scholarships

AIA Vancouver offers scholarships to  students from the Vancouver area who are enrolled in the architecture program at Washington State University and other universities. Call 206-228-9351 for more information.
